Origin: "From Start" should change to/from "From End" depending on the direction and work accordingly. As it is, Backward/From Start is a useless search.

Thanks for the suggestion. "From end" is already on our feature request list. As a workaround, you can jump to the end of the current view with "Ctrl+End" and then use the "Backward" direction combined with "From selected".
