Hi,

We have a number of COM+ components written in D7 which we need to analyse. We have a the trial version at the moment and have tried tcp and file logging (using the example code to enable logging) and can get neither to work. The same code works from a client application.

Will SmartInspect work from a COM+ component in D7 ?

There is nothing that prevents using SmartInspect with COM+ and quite a few of our customers already use SmartInspect for this. We have a demo application that shows how to use SmartInspect with COM+ and I'm happy to send it to you (in fact, I think we just sent it to one of your co-workers who asked a similar question via email).
