Hello,

Would you consider splitting large daily logs into smaller files, loadable by SmartInspect Console?
Currently, I'm convinced to use daily log rotation. However, when system is intensively used, log files become really large and it's not possible to load them into console.

The solution would be extending log file name into <application><date><part>

Hello Piotr,

We already plan to improve the log rotation and max size features, hopefully we can get it integrated into the upcoming SmartInspect 3.0 release. In the meantime, in the SmartInspect tools section there's an utility to split a single SmartInspect log file into multiple files:
