TestRail and Bugzilla integration details

After configuring TestRail to work with your existing Bugzilla installation, you can link test results to Bugzilla cases by entering the case IDs. To make it more convenient to add cases to Bugzilla, you can also configure a link to Bugzilla Add Case page.

1. Add Bugzilla case IDs to test results within TestRail
2. Use the Add defect link to jump to Bugzilla's case form
3. Links to Bugzilla cases are automatically added to test results
4. Jump directly to relevant Bugzilla cases

Configuring the Bugzilla integration

To configure TestRail to work with Bugzilla, just enter the URLs of your Bugzilla installation under Administration > Site Settings > Integration Tab. Use the following URLs to integrate TestRail with Bugzilla:

Defect View Url: http://your-server/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=%id%
Defect Add Url:  http://your-server/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi
