TestRail and Gemini integration details

After configuring TestRail to work with your existing Gemini installation, you can link test results to Gemini cases by entering the case IDs. To make it more convenient to add cases to Gemini, you can also configure a link to the Add Case page.

1. Add Gemini case IDs to test results within TestRail
2. Use the Add defect link to jump to Gemini's case form
3. Links to Gemini cases are automatically added to test results
4. Jump directly to relevant Gemini cases

Configuring the Gemini integration

To configure TestRail to work with Gemini, just enter the URLs of your Gemini installation under Administration > Site Settings > Integration Tab. Use the following URLs to integrate TestRail with Gemini:

Self-hosted Gemini installation
Defect View Url: http://your-server/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=%id%
Defect Add Url:  http://your-server/issue/Issue.aspx

Gemini On-Demand
Defect View Url: http://your-name.countersoft.net/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=%id%
Defect Add Url:  http://your-name.countersoft.net/issue/Issue.aspx
