TestRail and OnTime integration details

After configuring TestRail to work with your existing OnTime installation, you can link test results to OnTime cases by entering the case IDs. To make it more convenient to add cases to OnTime, you can also configure a link to the Add Case page.

1. Add OnTime case IDs to test results within TestRail
2. Use the Add defect link to jump to OnTime's case form
3. Links to OnTime cases are automatically added to test results
4. Jump directly to relevant OnTime cases

Configuring the OnTime integration

To configure TestRail to work with OnTime, just enter the URLs of your OnTime installation under Administration > Site Settings > Integration Tab. Use the following URLs to integrate TestRail with OnTime:
